Built From Experience Below the Surface.
Subgrade Structural grew out of the commercial and subgrade work already being done by Professional Foundation Repair — more than a decade of underpinning, shoring, and deep foundation repair for commercial general contractors across Southern California. That work outgrew being a side of PFR's business; it earned its own dedicated focus.
By concentrating on deep foundation stabilization, micropiles, and structural shoring for commercial assets, we work directly with project engineering teams from preliminary bid analysis through final load verification. We're building a standalone team focused exclusively on subgrade and structural work — not spread thin across residential and commercial jobs.
